Thin film linked greenhouse (often referred to as thin film connected greenhouse) is a large-scale agricultural facility that connects multiple circular arch/pointed single temperature chambers through a gutter. It is made of hot-dip galvanized steel skeleton and long-life agricultural film as the core, and is equipped with an intelligent environmental control system to achieve precise control of temperature, light, water, fertilizer, and gas; Featuring high cost-effectiveness, large space, and easy scalability, it is the mainstream choice for large-scale planting, seedling cultivation, scientific research, and tourism.
Core Structure and Materials
Main skeleton: hot-dip galvanized steel pipe/square pipe, bolted connection, anti-corrosion and durable, with a service life of 15 years+; Standard span of 8-12m (commonly 9.6m), bay of 4-6m, eave height of 4-6m, top height of 6-8m; wind resistance level 10, snow resistance load of 0.5kN/㎡+.
Covering material: 15 strands of PO anti fog droplet longevity film on the top (outer layer anti UV, inner layer anti condensation, light transmittance of 85%+, lifespan of 3-5 years); Double layer inflatable membrane is commonly used in the north (with a middle air layer of 10-20cm, which can increase insulation by more than 30% in winter); The side walls can be reinforced with PO film or sun panels to enhance impact resistance.
